See Why Our Guests Ride the Train Year After Year!

We loved the Polar Express! We rode First Class and it was very roomy and we'll decorated. The staff were all great, interacting with both the kids and adults, the hot chocolate and the cookie were delicious, and the ride itself was smooth. Everything was very well organized too. We got our tickets and we're told exactly what to do and where to go, which was very helpful. Everything was magical and I am truly recommending this ride to all! Great job!

Thank you so much for making this day so incredibly special for my giant kid. The entire staff was amazing!!! Our entire family had the best time. Our son is still smiling and won't take his conductors hat off! Can't wait until next year! PS... best hot Chocolate ever!

Our immediate family along with some extended family members really enjoyed our Polar Express experience. First of all, the town square looked great! On the train, our chefs were especially engaging by inviting the children to dance with them and having personal conversations with each group. The hot chocolate was hot and delicious, and the cookie was tasty as well. Santa boarded at the North Pole and spent time with every child and group in our car while we sang Christmas carols all the way back to the station.

We had a wonderful experience! We tried first class as our first Polar Express experience. From the moment we arrived to collect our tickets until we got back to our car; we were greeted by polite enthusiastic chefs, conductors, elves and Santa. It kept my 4 year olds attention the whole time. The look on her face and twinkle in her eyes were priceless. We enjoyed it too. I recommend it to everyone. I can only imagine it will become more magical in the coming years!

What an amazing time ! We drove over five hours to get there and it was more than worth it ! We love how everyone made sure to interact with all kids. Plan on making it a year tradition, can not wait for next year. What an experience!!

Our family drove 4 hours from Muscle Shoals to ride the Polar Express for the first time this past Friday, December 16th. We had a wonderful time! My husband and myself, our 15 month old grandson and his parents. The characters on board were so much fun singing and dancing, and one could just sense the excitement of the children on board. And Santa spent time with each child. Everyone was laughing and clapping. Thank you Batesville, you did a marvelous job. This definitely started a great family tradition!

My family and I enjoyed it! The experience was just like the movie. The workers were all friendly and made the train ride incredible. I also enjoyed the hot chocolate and cookies! We drove for about 5 hours, but it was worth it!
